Welcome to Digital Route Khata ("we," "our," "us," "the Service") — a cloud-based fleet management, accounting, and trip-tracking platform for transport and logistics businesses, available on the web at digitalroutekhata.pk and via our Android app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information at sign-up (name, contact number, city, and a valid email address) and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Digital Route Khata provides tools for fleet/vehicle/driver/vendor/contractor record-keeping, trip entry and freight/expense accounting, ledgers ("Khata") for drivers, vendors, contractors and vehicle owners, maintenance and tyre records, and dashboard reporting and notifications. The Service is a tool to help you record and manage your own business data — we do not verify the accuracy of data you or your team enters, and we are not a party to any transaction, freight arrangement, or agreement between you and your drivers, contractors, vendors, or customers.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• A Free plan is available with limited features (currently up to 2 vehicles, no additional Manager accounts, and a limited trial period), as shown on the Plans screen.
• Paid plans (Monthly / Quarterly / 6-Month / Yearly) unlock additional features and limits at the pricing shown on the Plans screen.
• Payment for paid plans is currently processed manually — you pay via the bank/mobile-wallet details we provide (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer), and your plan is activated once payment is confirmed by us. We do not collect or store your card, bank account, or mobile-wallet credentials through the Service.
• Prices, plan features, and the Free plan's limits may change from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing subscribers of material changes.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of billing error.

4. Your Business Data

All business records you enter (vehicles, drivers, trips, ledgers, financial figures, photos, etc.) belong to you or your business ("Your Data") — we do not claim ownership of Your Data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of Your Data, and for having the right to enter information about drivers, contractors, vendors, or other individuals into the Service. We process Your Data to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or store/transmit data that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another fleet's account, data, or any part of the Service's infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or abusive content.

6. Service Availability

The Service runs on third-party cloud infrastructure and is generally available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service includes limited offline functionality that syncs once your connection returns; we make reasonable efforts to prevent data loss but cannot guarantee it in every circumstance (e.g. a device lost before syncing). We recommend keeping your own periodic backups of critical business records where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by contacting us (Section 10). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, we may delete Your Data from our active systems after a reasonable period; some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Route Khata and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business data) arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date above, and, where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
